For windows 95/98/NT/2000/XP:: Download the self-installing executable; Rename it to htmlsearch_pro.exe; Double click it to install.
For all other platforms:: Download the ZIP archive; Unzip it, then read the file readme.html.

The ReadMe File has a list of everything included in the download.
