HtmlSearch Lite is free

You can make it available to others or redistribute it, within the limits outlined in the license agreement. You cannot resell HtmlSearch Lite. We just ask you to either send us a note at htmlsearch@mandosoft.com or register your copy. If nothing else, it makes us feel good to know that somebody is using our software, and the information you provide us can help us improve the product. Note that the About window will always mention that your copy is unregistered.

HtmlSearch Pro

A valid license number will eliminate the annoying reminder window every time you start HtmlSearch. The price is based on how you are using it. (All prices in US Dollars):

• Single license: $ 15.00 per copy installed and used on a single computer.
• Site license: for each copy of HtmlSearch installed in such a way that it is available through a network, intranet or on the internet.
  • Non-profit: $ 30.00 per installed copy, for individuals or organizations that do not make a profit, directly or indirectly, from the site or application in which HtmlSearch is used.
  • For-profit: $ 60.00 per installed copy, for individuals or organizations that, directly or indirectly, derive (or intend to derive) a profit from the site or application in which HtmlSearch is used.
• Bulk licenses: for distribution of HtmlSearch on a CD-ROM, or large volume licenses. Please inquire by email at htmlsearch@mandosoft.com.

If you bundle HtmlSearch in your system or application, please inform the end users of these terms and make sure you comply with the the license agreement.

If you obtained HtmlSearch as part of a bundled system or application, you should also register your copy. Use the guidelines and prices indicated above.

Payment Instruction

1. Fill the form below and send it. This indicates a mandatory field.
   Please make sure you indicate a valid working email address, otherwise we'll be unable to process your registration.
2. For HtmlSearch Pro edition, you can pay by Credit Card, by using PayPal.
   If you don't already have an account, follow the instructions to open an account (look for the Sign up now! button). Don't worry, there is very little information you have to disclose -- just enough for the payment to go through. (PayPal also accepts international payments)
3. The payment is to be sent to info@mandosoft.com.
   Please use your same name and email address in both your HtmlSearch registration form and as the PayPal user, or alternatively, indicate the name and email you used to register your HtmlSearch in the PayPal message area when entering your payment. This is the only way we can match your registration and your payment.
4. For payments by check, Money Order or direct bank transfers, please contact us at htmlsearch@mandosoft.com.
